Hi Friends,
On May 18th, my Rotary Club will participate in a HUGE Community Service Project with events happening all up and down Colorado. I invite you to join us for any event that interests you and there is a HUGE range of events to choose from covering many areas of interest like conservation, restoration, recycling etc. Please see below for the cool video about the event and link for signing up.
In addition, we are doing fundraising for our clubs. 100% of the funds raised will be directed back to the club that raises the funds and will be directed to their chosen charity activities. Rotary is a highly regulated and rated charity. The funds from this fundraiser will go only to our local events mostly consisting of scholarships for needy students, camps for middle and high school students to learn leadership, building homes for veterans, feeding the hungry, and other amazing educational and necessary giving in the St Vrain Valley.

... a father watching over his sleeping child in long-term hospital care - a child with few chances to laugh and be a kid.
.... a mother in Ukraine hearing another air-raid siren - not knowing where the drones will hit, helpless to protect her family.
... a disheveled, shuffling veteran - PTSD makes it tough to cope with life, keep a job, find food or housing, or hold out hope.
These are not imaginary people. They're real human beings in need of help. They could be us if not for our good fortune.
Rotarians give back... by bringing smiles to seriously ill children, funding relief efforts in war and disaster zones, and furnishing housing for homeless veterans. Our 1.3 million members in 30,000 clubs worldwide do over 200,000 projects in our communities every year, volunteering 47 million hours annually and funding most service ourselves.
